Recruiter Training
Purpose
Recruiter Training is a three-day, in-person learning experience held during a recruiters third week on the job. This is where everything starts to click. Learner’s dive into our culture, sharpen core recruiting fundamentals and get an introduction to sales.
Over the three days, recruiters will role play, apply skills in real time through live CPF’ing and Cold Calling and push beyond their comfort zone. By the end, recruiters will leave feeling more confident, connected and ready to hit the ground running.
Bring 10 leads to cold call while at training. Please ask your AM for help on this!
Connect with your AM and have a Req to call on during training, as we will be CPFing in class.

Kelsey Wenzel

I began my IG career with Insight Global in 2016 in sunny Fort Lauderdale, having roles as a Professional Recruiter, Consultant Engagement Lead, and Lead Recruiter. Throughout her career, I hit 6 contests, achieved an ATH of 45k, hit the 1.5 Million Dollar Club twice, and was recognized as Fort Lauderdale's first "Be the Light" Award winner. Outside of work, I’m a mom who loves spending time with family, watching tennis, and fitting in a run when I can!

I have been with IGU in Atlanta for the past 4 years and am active member of IG’s Women’s Leadership Council. When I’m not at work, you can find me at home being a mom, reading (constantly), or attending a weekly tap dance class!

I began my IG career in Philadelphia as an IGB Recruiter before relocating to Atlanta to join the National Recruiting team where I hit two contests and achieved an all‑time high of 38k! I went on the join IGU where I have been a Recruiting Trainer for 4.5 years. Throughout my career, I have received the “Be The Light” award and I’ve been a member of the Women’s Leadership Council for 3 years. Outside of work, I’m a mom of soon‑to‑be two. I have a beautiful daughter named Gemma and two energetic doodles, Oates and Nugget.

Dress Code
Company Dress Code Policy is still in place while at Training: Business Casual.
Be thoughtful with your wardrobe. You will not only be engaging with IG Executives throughout your time at HQ but also reinforcing your personal brand.
In adherence to the company dress policy, no athleisure, hats, crop tops, ripped denim, bodycon dress, shorts/rompers, unprofessional footwear (beach sandals, Birkenstocks, etc.).
