Recruiter Training

Purpose

Recruiter Training is a three-day, in-person learning experience held during a recruiters third week on the job. This is where everything starts to click. Learner’s dive into our culture, sharpen core recruiting fundamentals and get an introduction to sales.

Over the three days, recruiters will role play, apply skills in real time through live CPF’ing and Cold Calling and push beyond their comfort zone. By the end, recruiters will leave feeling more confident, connected and ready to hit the ground running.

  1. Bring 10 leads to cold call while at training. Please ask your AM for help on this!

  2. Connect with your AM and have a Req to call on during training, as we will be CPFing in class.

  3. Referencing Angela Duckworth's book Grit, come prepared to answer these two questions:

    • How do you define Grit?

    • How are you focused on growing your Grit?
