Pro 201
Purpose
Pro 201 is a two-day, in-person training experience held six months after promotion. Designed to elevate day-to-day execution, this class pushes Professional Recruiters to think more strategically about productivity, growth, and long-term success.
The elevated content sharpens recruiting strategy, refines execution, and focuses on strengthening partnerships with account managers. Throughout the training, learners will engage in self-auditing, explore new concepts, and fine-tune what’s working while identifying opportunities to level up next.
You and your Recruiting Leader will be receiving a Pro 201 Pre-Work email, sent by your Trainer the week before your scheduled training, with your Trailing 3 Month Scorecard and a prompt.
Schedule time with your leader in the days prior to training to discuss & complete your pre-work assignment.
